We use a process called giclée printing which uses pigment based ink that has a much longer lifespan. Our prints are archival quality and guaranteed not to fade or bleed for up to 100 years.

We print with genuine Epson Ultra-chrome Pro inks on the latest Epson P20070 printer.

We print to a Ilford Prestige Galarie 310gsm 100% Smooth Cotton Rag. Your giclée print will be dry mounted to an acid free 5mm foam board using archival adhesive film.

All our frames are made from sustainable Victorian Ash and finished in a shadowbox style where the print is set back from the museum grade plexiglass, providing a contemporary look. The back of the frame is completed with framer's tape and stainless steel hanging wire.

All frames are milled, hand sanded and painted. We offer three standard frame sizes in natural, white or black.

We found these sizes to be most popular standardizing also allows us to minimize wasteful off-cuts and streamline our processes.

All prints, both rolled and framed, have a standard white border and are titled and signed by the photographer, Shane Cartlidge. If you would like edge-to-edge printing, please leave a note during checkout when ordering your print.

Due to the size and weight of our framed prints, we currently only ship these throughout Australia.

However, we do ship all our rolled prints and calendars internationally!

For artwork shipped in Australia, we aim to have it delivered to you in 2-3 weeks. Remember, each print is made to order by Format Framing in their Melbourne workshop so timing may vary.

In-stock calendars normally dispatch within 5 business days. If you would like to pick up calendar orders directly, please select Pick-up option at checkout and we will be in touch to arrange a date/time. We are located in North Bondi.

For international delivery of rolled prints and calendars, please allow for 3-4 weeks.

For all print orders in Australia, including rolled and framed options, shipping is FREE.

Calendars shipped to Australia have a flat shipping rate of $10 AUD.

Calendars that are picked-up from North Bondi do not incur a shipping fee.

Calendars and rolled prints shipped internationally incur a shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Our frames are bubble wrapped (biodegradable!) and shipped in custom made, double wall cardboard packaging using a carbon neutral courier service.

Our rolled prints are shipped in cardboard tubes through Australia Post.

Our calendars are shipped in custom-made rigid cardboard wrap mailers using Australia Post.

Because we partner with Format Framing for printing and framing, you will receive a notification via text message once your order has been dispatched that reads: "Your delivery from Format Framing is on its way". This message will include your tracking info.

The delivery label on the packaging will also say that it is from Format Framing but you can rest assured that you are receiving your artwork from BEND.

Please contact us directly to update a shipping address as long as your order has not been shipped. To change your delivery address after shipment you can contact the courier directly using your tracking information.

We unfortunately do not offer returns or exchanges if you change your mind as your artwork has been made to order.
